You would be a key member of a dynamic, fast-paced team that creates the music throughout our global theme parks, attractions, and resorts, and would work with some of the most creative people in the business.This position reports to the Executive WDI Music Studio and will support two Executives.This is a Full-Time role.What You Will DoThere will always be expense reports, travel planning, endless calendar management, but this job is very much about people. The relationship you form with the executives you support is critical because that is what enables you to become a true partner. In addition to understanding your executive’s business and business needs, you will also need to develop a deep knowledge of the leadership and workings of WDI and of related departments across the Disney enterprise. Every day as an Executive Support Professional is different! On any given day you might:<ul><li>Collaborate with colleagues across TWDC and Imagineering, as well as with external composers, directors, musicians, and their offices.</li><li>Manage a busy calendar on behalf of the executives you support.</li><li>Review your leader’s schedule to build-in time for things like focus time and traveling to their next meeting.</li><li>Create global, multi-city travel itineraries, taking into account time zones, weather delays, traffic, and fatigue levels.</li><li>Schedule conference rooms, meetings, and video chats.</li><li>Assist other Music Team members with various administrative, departmental and office needs.</li><li>Interface directly with other senior executives and their support teams.</li><li>Manage very confidential, sensitive information.</li><li>Draft emails on behalf of your leaders, prep meeting/presentation materials.</li><li>Assist with on-boarding new employees.</li><li>Manage large purchase orders and vendor set up.</li><li>Plan your executives involvement in large, high-profile events like premiers, product launches, off-sites, and team-building activities.</li><li>Plan group lunches, music showcases, and other gatherings.</li></ul><h2></h2>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>At least 5 years administrative experience supporting executives in a corporate environment.</li><li>Sharp written and verbal communication skills, including flawless grammar and a rich vocabulary.</li><li>Desire to immerse yourself fully and learn all aspects of your executive’s business.</li><li>Ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines/deliverables.</li><li>Strong proficiency with all types of computers, phones, and office equipment, as well as mastery of Microsoft Office programs, SAP, Concur, and working in a Windows environment.</li><li>Resourceful, proactive, self-directed, solution oriented.</li><li>Skills to build bridges, work relationships and encourage people to want to collaborate with you.</li><li>Complete reliability handling confidential, often extremely sensitive information.</li><li>Desire to be helpful to your leaders and co-workers, to go the extra mile without being asked.</li><li>Some flexibility in your schedule – we value work/life balance but help if travel support is needed out of office hours while executives are traveling.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.</li><li>A highly professional demeanor, positive outlook, a can-do attitude and discretion.</li></ul><h2></h2><h2></h2><h2></h2><h2></h2><h2></h2>Preferred Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Experience at The Walt Disney Company and/or experience working in a large public corporation.</li><li>Experience working with Creative teams and executives.</li><li>Familiarity and experience working with music related teams.</li><li>Exceptional knowledge of MAC or PC computers from which you will work.</li></ul><h2></h2>Education<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.</li></ul><h2></h2><h2></h2><h2></h2><h2></h2>Additional Information<ul><li>Disney offers a rewards package to help you live your best life. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
