Job Posting Title:Contract Administration - Animation Administrator (DET)Req ID:10130078Job Description:The Contract Administration – Animation Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the business affairs administrative functions for 20th Animation and Disney Television Animation. This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and familiarity with industry standards and guild requirements. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing complex workflows and communicating effectively across departments.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Administrate data for Projects, Talent, and payments in database</li><li>Set up and administer development payments for rights, pilot writers, producers, and consultants across multiple projects</li><li>Manage writing staff payments for pre-order greenlight rooms, ensuring compliance with guild and union rules; prepare guild-mandated reports</li><li>Evaluate series agreements to determine payment types and schedules; prepare payment authorizations and proforma agreements for ATL talent</li><li>Administer term deals including payment schedules, tracking guarantees and bonuses, and preparing monthly reports for senior management</li><li>Coordinate pilot and series production ATL payments and agency packages; ensure guild reporting compliance</li><li>Handle casting administration for legacy series including start paperwork, actor payments, royalties, SAG issues, and I-9 compliance</li><li>Process Minors’ Paperwork for court confirmation</li><li>Coordinate updated data from schedules for production, roll outs, and delivery</li><li>Conduct research and compile documentation for audits and claims related to development and production</li><li>Maintain Contract Administration Manual</li></ul>Basic Qualifications:<ul><li>2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in entertainment or animation</li><li>Strong understanding of contract administration workflows and guild regulations</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion</li><li>Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems used in Contract Administration</li><li>Collaborative and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Knowledge of SAP, BLAST, Excel and IDeA is preferred</li></ul>Required Education:<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience</li></ul>The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $58,700.00 to $78,600.00 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
