This role is key to organizing and optimizing marketing materials, tracking performance, and driving creative execution across digital and on-air initiatives. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Own the daily management of ANET, ABC Marketing’s asset distribution platform—updating backend content, maintaining page layouts, and ensuring timely uploads of marketing materials.</li><li>Design and maintain ANET webpages to ensure intuitive navigation and access to on-air and digital promotional resources.</li><li>Create and publish co-branding assets, co-logos, and e-cards, ensuring all materials meet brand standards and are formatted for affiliate use.</li><li>Monitor ANET traffic and user engagement, providing regular reports and insights to inform content strategy and platform improvements.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing assets are aligned with campaign goals and delivered efficiently through ANET.</li><li>Track performance of marketing programs and compile actionable insights to support ABC Marketing’s strategic initiatives.</li><li>Support the rollout of new tools and technologies that enhance marketing operations and streamline communication workflows.</li></ul>Basic Qualifications:<ul><li>3+ years of marketing, digital asset management, or content operations.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail), and Zoom.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of leadership.</li><li>Passion for innovation, creative problem solving, and building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Flexibility &amp; ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Interest in media, television, and film, with knowledge of the entertainment landscape.</li></ul>Required Education:<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.</li></ul>#JConference2025The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $71,000 to $95,100 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
