What Youll Be Doing <ul> <li>Identify and engage passive talent to keep building Discords Data and Machine Learning teams.</li> <li>You will work closely with recruiting team and hiring managers to understand open roles and help properly move candidates through the process.</li> <li>Ensure a high level of data integrity with our ATS (Greenhouse).</li> <li>Track/report information regarding candidate pipelines, recruiting funnel metrics, and performance data to internal stakeholders.</li> <li>Design and implement effective sourcing strategies based on an understanding of the data and machine learning market and each specific role.</li> <li>Assist recruiting team to improve existing processes and/or implement new ones.</li> </ul> What you should have <ul> <li>2+ years experience sourcing data scientists, data engineers, machine learning engineers, and/or data platform engineers</li> <li>Experience with partnering with Hiring Managers and Recruiters</li> <li>Proven track record of successfully identifying and engaging with outstanding candidates in high-growth environments</li> </ul> This position is temporary. This position is US-based and can be remote but if you live in the Bay Area, you’re welcome to work from our beautiful SF office. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000 to $148,000 + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
