This dynamic team manages enterprise-wide applications, including ERP, CRM, and BI systems. By harnessing the power of data and advanced analytical tools, we provide valuable insights that inform strategic initiatives, optimize processes, and enhance overall performance.  Position Overview  As Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for partnering with our CRM track leads, Business SMEs, and Stakeholders to architect and deliver on key program initiatives. This hand-on position is responsible for systems analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, documentation, and support of technical solutions within the Salesforce business applications.   Key Responsibilities  <ul> <li>Collaborate with cross functional teams and business stakeholders to understand objectives, provide support in developing technical solutions.  </li> <li>Develops elegant and simple solutions. </li> <li>Support and resolve production problems/issues. </li> <li>Work independently to maintain subject matter expertise with Sales Cloud/Marketing Cloud/CPQ/Integrations </li> <li>Proactively performs extensive system testing to ensure that the systems work efficiently and are developed following the applicable development methodology. </li> <li>Create and maintain detailed business documentation, use case and data flows. </li> <li>Automate process, eliminating redundancy, and improving efficiency without sacrificing end-user experience. </li> </ul> Required Experience/Skills <ul> <li>Bachelor or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field. </li> <li>5+ years experience with Apex, Trigger, Visual Force and Force.com </li> <li>Strong expertise in at least two of the following the areas/modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Force.  </li> <li>Certifications Preferred: Salesforce Admin, Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud Consultant. </li> <li>Experience in driving strong relationships and business partnerships.
