A core objective of your role is to improve revenue, performance, and cost efficiency by creating cutting-edge, decision-making models that enhance our product offerings and improve user experiences. </b></div><div><b>You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to develop and deploy advanced analytical solutions that align with our strategic goals and drive impactful results. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.</b></li><li><b>Drive the development and execution of data science strategies aligned with business objectives. Proactively identify and lead key opportunities where data science can add significant value.</b></li><li><b>Oversee the design and implementation of complex analytical models and algorithms. Utilize statistical analysis, machine learning, and other advanced techniques to address business challenges.</b></li><li><b>Work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data-driven insights to support product development and business strategies.</b></li><li><b>Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the development and maintenance of robust data infrastructure and tools. Optimize data pipelines and workflows to ensure data quality, accessibility, and cost efficiency.</b></li><li><b>Develop and track KPIs to measure the impact of data science initiatives. Apply innovative approaches and techniques to solve complex problems.</b></li></ul><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li><b>Domain expertise and hands-on experience working at mobile advertising, app discovery, or gaming companies - a must.</b></li><li><b>Minimum of 8 years of experience in data science, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.</b></li><li><b>Proven track record of leading projects, managing teams, and driving business performance improvements using data science tools and techniques.</b></li><li><b>Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, as well as industry standard ML libraries.</b></li><li><b>Strong experience with data manipulation and analysis technologies, such as SQL, GBQ, Spark, and Databricks.</b></li><li><b>Knowledge of machine learning frameworks, libraries, and tools, such as PyTorch, PyTorch Lightning, MLFLOW, and TensorFlow.</b></li><li><b>Demonstrated expertise in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data visualization. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.</b></li><li><b>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
