We offer a supportive, collaborative workplace that fosters professional growth and development, competitive compensation, and the chance to make a significant impact on our products.</span></div><h3>About the Quality Assurance and Automation Architect:</h3><ul><li>Define, design, and implement the QA and test automation strategy for our portfolio of products.</li><li>Collaborate closely with QA Leads and Managers on projects and recommend tools and techniques to optimize testing.</li><li>Research and suggest test methodologies and tools</li><li>Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable and reusable automation frameworks for mobile, web, and API testing.</li><li>Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and DevOps teams to integrate quality throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.</li><li>Act as a subject matter expert on software quality, providing technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers.</li><li>Drive the adoption of best practices in software quality, including continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) and shift-left testing.</li><li>Establish and report on key quality metrics (e.g., test coverage, defect leakage, performance benchmarks) to inform technical decisions and improve product quality.</li><li>Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues and provide root cause analysis.</li></ul><h3>About you as the Quality Assurance and Automation Architect: </h3><ul><li>Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on designing and building automation frameworks.</li><li>Deep expertise in test automation for various platforms and technologies, including:</li><li>Mobile Platforms: Experience with native mobile application automation using tools and frameworks like Appium, Espresso, and XCUITest. Strong proficiency in Java, Kotlin, and/or Swift/Objective-C is essential. Experience with firmware or on-device software testing is a significant plus.</li><li>Web &amp; API Platforms: Experience with large-scale web and API automation using frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium. Strong proficiency in languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java.
