We’re looking for an <strong>RFI Technical Coordinator</strong> to join our RFP Team within Revenue Operations. This new role is pivotal in ensuring smooth and efficient processes for responding to customer information requests and managing contracting workflows.</div><div><br /><strong>Please note - due to business need, we can only accept applications from candidates who reside in the following locations where we have established legal entities: UK, Spain, Germany &amp; Romania.<br /><br /></strong>Please be aware that we may close this position early if we receive a high volume of applications, so we encourage you to apply promptly.</div> <h2> What you’ll be doing  </h2> <div>As RFI Technical Coordinator, you’ll own the end-to-end process for handling complex compliance and customer due diligence questionnaires, covering areas such as information security, data protection, sustainability, CSR, HR, and quality. You’ll manage intake, track progress, and ensure seamless collaboration between Sales, Legal, Security, and other stakeholders. You’ll also support the contracting process for one of our key products, ensuring documents are reviewed, approved, and delivered on time. Where capacity allows, you’ll assist in RFP coordination to help the team respond effectively to customer proposals.<br /><br /></div><div>This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and enjoys keeping processes running smoothly with precision and accountability.</div><div><strong><br />What You’ll Do</strong></div><ul><li>Own intake, coordination, and responses for complex compliance questionnaires.</li><li>Maintain active trackers and ensure all deadlines, owners, and progress are up to date.<br />Draft first responses using existing tools and maintain a central knowledge base of approved content.</li><li>Coordinate inputs across Sales, Finance, Operations, Security, and Legal teams.<br />Support the contracting process for a key product, including version control, approvals, and handovers.</li><li>Assist with RFP coordination as capacity allows, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.</li><li>Continuously improve processes and maintain accurate documentation.</li></ul> <h2> Living our Values </h2> <div>We invest in, nurture and support innovative businesses and technologies that make all parts of the research process more open, efficient and effective. </div><div><br /></div><div>The talent we secure is fundamental to us achieving our vision and our growth plans.
