As a strategic operator and execution leader, this individual will drive the day-to-day execution of key operational strategies. The primary focus is on scaling and strengthening Digible’s offshore operations, with accountability for optimizing workstreams and service models, enhancing execution efficiency through centralized and embedded support, and ensuring seamless business continuity by aligning offshore and onshore operations. This includes close partnership with Agency and Employee Experience teams to strengthen documentation, training, and cross-functional integration. In addition, the Director will lead efficiency and scale initiatives across service operations, acting as a critical connector between Agency leadership and Engineering/Product (Agency Tooling). This includes diagnosing bottlenecks, developing solutions, driving execution, and measuring outcomes. Partner with Engineering/Product to design and implement people, process, and automation solutions.
