This position will be responsible for ensuring unparalleled client experience, and prompt problem resolution. The ideal candidate will have a background in direct-to-consumer or start-up environments, would describe themselves as intrinsically motivated, and is excited about helping and building relationships with clients every step of the way. This is a remote position and will require weekend availability.</span></div><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provide seamless and empathetic client support across phone, chat, text, and email while problem-solving efficiently.</li><li>Maintain in-depth knowledge of VRAI’s products, policies, and services to assist clients with jewelry selection and care.</li><li>Track and communicate client concerns, issues, and recommendations within the CX platform.</li><li>Build and nurture client relationships beyond issue resolution.</li><li>Oversee repairs, returns, shipping investigations, and made-to-order tracking while upholding VRAI’s brand values.</li><div><br /></div></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Experience in e-commerce or retail sales with phone-based client service.</li><li>Strong sales ability in a high-volume environment with excellent communication skills.</li><li>Tech-savvy and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving start-up setting.</li><li>High emotional intelligence, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset.</li><li>Willingness to go above and beyond, including weekend availability.</li></ul><div>VRAI provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and a number of programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
