Take lead in suggesting, driving &amp; implementing process improvements and able to direct team members with correct process guidance.Role responsibilities:<ul><li>Strong team player with ability to work effectively on cross-functional to support the guided buying to Diageo users (employees)</li><li>Collaborate with procurement team to support on Sourcing &amp; Complex Sourcing activities.</li><li>Engage with category strategy.</li><li>Organize &amp; conduct e-sourcing events – eRFP, e-auctions.</li><li>Perform sourcing activities, commercial negotiations &amp; contract management (if applicable) for spend no more than US $50k. Ensure delivery of financial and non-financial/compliance targets for the market. This includes but is not limited to providing market analyses, price / service-level benchmarking, sourcing events, supplier negotiations and ongoing supplier relationship management</li><li>Embed best in class procurement category excellence capability and process, i.e. sourcing, contract management, risk and supplier performance management, as well as introducing supplier collaboration models with strategic suppliers.</li><li>Provide comprehensive analysis on events conducted.</li><li>Able to handle queries from supplier &amp; business in supporting the procurement to run tenders.</li><li>Manage &amp; resolve BAU issues and queries as per SLA.</li><li>Create &amp; Manage content in Coupa (forms, catalogue and category cards) &amp; drive to improve buying channels and keep them up to date</li><li>Builds, maintain and extend a sustainable relationship within Procurement, Suppliers &amp; Users</li><li>Review, analyze and interpret various reports &amp; drive global KPIs improvement.</li><li>Provide meaningful information on spend &amp; buying pattern for category to procurement team and align with them to drive key strategic changes in category in order to reduce or optimize spend.</li><li>Engaging remotely and across time zones and collaborating with diverse cultures</li><li>Identify opportunities to minimize operational &amp; administrative activities for Procurement team.</li><li>Create &amp; Maintain DTPs, Knowledge Management articles for procurement &amp; users.</li><li>Actively involve in participating &amp; conducting trainings on process, updates &amp; compliance</li><li>Be the subject matter expert of tasks and activities performed under Procurement Operations</li><li>Get involved with team in helping to resolve critical/difficult issue and escalation.</li><li>Take lead in driving process improvements projects</li></ul>Working with usFlexibility is key to success.
