Wherever you start, you’ll be rewarded with a world view and the recognition you deserve in our inclusive and supportive culture.About the Role :<ul><li>Responsible for building and automating Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions to support Global Data Management across multiple master data domains.</li><li>Use Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) to create scalable, automated solutions that simplify reporting and decision-making.</li><li>Integrate and manage data pipelines via Microsoft Azure for SAP S/4HANA and SaaS applications such as Salesforce, Oswald, OneTrust, Anaplan, and others.</li><li>Deliver advanced data analysis, visualization, and analytics models to highlight trends, monitor data quality, and drive business outcomes.</li><li>Act as a data engineering specialist ensuring efficient ETL/ELT processes, high-quality data, and performance-optimized reporting.</li><li>Drive innovation in reporting and analytics by applying advanced visualization techniques, predictive models, and automation opportunities that improve decision-making across global data management.</li><li>Support global transformation initiatives by aligning BI and automation solutions with the enterprise data strategy, ensuring scalability, compliance, and business impact across functions and markets.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design, build, and optimize Power BI dashboards to deliver business-critical insights across global data domains.</li><li>Develop automation workflows using Power Automate and custom solutions with Power Apps to reduce manual effort.</li><li>Build and maintain data pipelines (ETL/ELT) to integrate data from SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Oswald, One Trust, Anaplan, and other SaaS platforms.</li><li>Partner with Data Engineers, Analysts, and business teams to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks for Customer, Vendor, Product, Material, and other Master Data domains.</li><li>Ensure data accuracy, standardization, and quality across reporting layers.</li><li>Apply advanced data analysis techniques to highlight exceptions, trends, and improvement opportunities.</li><li>Implement data governance and security best practices in BI and automation solutions.</li><li>Train and support business users on self-service BI using Power BI and Power Platform.</li><li>Continuously explore and implement new features of Microsoft Power Platform to drive innovation.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize reporting frameworks and visualization guidelines, ensuring consistency across global dashboards.</li><li>Monitor dashboard adoption, usage, and user feedback, continuously improving performance, usability, and business relevance.</li><li>Partner with IT and security teams to ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements in all BI and automation solutions.</li></ul>Stakeholder Management and key interfaces:<ul><li>Reports into Head of Global Master Data Quality &amp; Governance.</li><li>Collaborates with Global Process Owners, Governance and Process team</li><li>Interfaces with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Supply, Commercial, and Technology functions.</li><li>Engages with SaaS product owners and external service providers for solution delivery.</li></ul>Skills and Experience <ul><li>8+ years of experience in BI, Data Engineering, or Analytics roles.</li><li>Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, performance tuning, visualization best practices).</li><li>Hands on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) – certification preferred.</li><li>Proven experience working with SAP S/4HANA and SaaS applications (Salesforce, Oswald, OneTrust, Anaplan, etc.).</li><li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, SQL, ETL/ELT pipelines, and cloud data platforms.</li><li>Good understanding of data management principles and governance frameworks.</li><li>Ability to translate business requirements into clear, insightful BI solutions.</li><li>Experience in FMCG/CPG or other global enterprises preferred.</li></ul>Professional Qualification / Experience<ul><li>Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.</li><li>Microsoft certification in Power BI or Power Platform desirable.</li><li>Proven track record of delivering automation-driven BI solutions at scale.</li></ul>Competencies<ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.</li><li>Creative and innovative in data visualization and storytelling.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.</li><li>Proactive learner with a focus on emerging BI and Power Platform trends.</li><li>Team-oriented and collaborative, with knowledge-sharing mindset.</li></ul>Flexible Working Statement: Flexibility is key to our success.
