So join us on this mission!Job DescriptionA bit about this role:<ul><li>As the Sr. Compliance Analyst for Devoted Health, you will be reporting directly to our Director of Compliance. This means having the chance to work across multiple operational teams; which may include any internal area and those that have a relationship with vendor oversight functions (i.e. Claims, Payment Integrity, Appeals, etc.) </li><li> You will be performing audits, tracking potential compliance issues, reviewing impact analysis reports, and working corrective action plans.</li><li>You will be reviewing monitoring activities from the designated business areas, and assisting in the day to day monitoring activities of the operational area. </li><li>You will also support risk assessment activities, and audit planning processes.</li><li>You have the ability to learn and adapt to using Gemini, LLM, Copilot AI prompts to enhance compliance functions. </li></ul>Your Responsibilities and Impact will include:<ul><li>Performing audits and managing corrective actions.</li><li>Participating in monthly meetings with our internal teams as well as assigned workgroup sessions. </li><li>Updating and developing policies, procedures, and job aids.</li><li>Collaborating with other departments for audits, corrective action, and compliance activities.</li><li>Analyzing and evaluating data, identifying trends and risks, and making appropriate conclusions based on regulatory guidelines.</li><li>Reviewing HPMS memos and regulatory guidance for adherence to regulatory processes.</li><li>Reviewing dashboards and KPI reporting.</li></ul>Required skills and experience: <ul><li>Health Plan/CMS ODAG auditing experience</li><li>Ability to meet strict deadlines</li><li>Professional verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Ability to Travel 10% (onsite meetings, audits, and conferences)</li></ul>Desired skills and experience:<ul><li>Medicare Advantage experience is strongly preferred</li><li>Proficient in google products is a plus (slides, google docs, google sheets)</li><li>Knowledge of Jira and Slack </li></ul>Salary Range: $55,000 - $80,000 annually #LI-RemoteOur ranges are purposefully broad to allow for growth within the role over time.
