Let’s fuse creativity with technology together and build innovative solutions that actively change things for the better.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies;</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications;</li><li>Customize and extend Dynamics 365 functionality to meet specific business needs in the energy and resources sector;</li><li>Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications using APIs and web services;</li><li>Develop and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate flows to enhance business processes;</li><li>Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables;</li><li>Create and maintain technical documentation for all development work;</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 features and best practices;</li><li>Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;</li><li>Minimum of <strong>4 </strong>years of experience in <strong>Dynamics 365 development;</strong></li><li>Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and SQL Server is a plus;</li><li>Experience with Azure cloud services and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate);</li><li>Solid understanding of JavaScript and HTML/CSS;</li><li>Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git;</li><li>Experience in the energy and resources sector is highly desirable;</li><li>Demonstrated ability to understand and translate complex business requirements into technical solutions;</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;</li><li>Strong analytical and organizational skills;</li><li>Effective communication skills, both written and verbal;</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;</li><li>Willingness to stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
