Let’s fuse creativity with technology together and build innovative solutions that actively change things for the better.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>Technically lead the Salesforce development team.</li><li>Design and architect complex solutions on Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.</li><li>Manage and prioritize the technical debt backlog.</li><li>Create and maintain technical application documentation.</li><li>Manage infrastructure change requests.</li><li>Ensure the quality of deliverables and solve complex technical problems.</li><li>Collaborate with global and business teams to define technical solutions.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field.</li><li>Up to 10 years of experience, with a specialization and hands-on expertise in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.</li><li>Experience designing complex solutions and working on strategic projects.</li><li>Knowledge of the Energy &amp; Utilities sector and GDPR.</li><li>Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a collaborative environment and with global teams;</li><li>Critical analysis and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Knowledge of Agile methodology, Jira tool and Confluence.</li><li>Fluency in English (written and spoken).</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
