Let’s fuse creativity with technology together and build innovative solutions that actively change things for the better.<h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>Provide technical support to end-users, ensuring efficient operation of IT systems and resolving technical issues promptly.</li><li>Provide first-level technical support via various channels (portal, email, phone, in-person);</li><li>Troubleshoot hardware, software, system, and network issues;</li><li>Monitor IT systems and applications for availability and performance;</li><li>Manage service requests and incidents using a ticketing system, adhering to SLAs;</li><li>Develop user guides and training materials; provide user training;</li><li>Manage hardware and software inventory; order equipment; install and configure systems and software;</li><li>Configure and maintain network operating systems, data communication applications, and wired/wireless networks;</li><li>Enforce security policies and procedures; manage IT security solutions (antivirus, firewall, backups); ensure data protection and compliance;</li><li>Identify process improvement opportunities; generate IT support reports and performance metrics;</li><li>Perform preventive maintenance on computer systems; stay updated on relevant technology and industry best practices.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Academic degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or any other equivalent/relevant field;</li><li>1-3 years of experience in the area or similar, preferably in the context of a tech company;</li><li>Strong time management, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.</li><li>Hardware and Software Troubleshooting;</li><li>System Monitoring and Maintenance;</li><li>Incident Management;</li><li>User Training and Documentation;</li><li>Software and Hardware Management;</li><li>Network Administration;</li><li>Security Compliance;</li><li>Continuous Improvement;</li><li>Effective Communication;</li><li>Problem-Solving;</li><li>Customer Service Orientation;</li><li>Adaptability;</li><li>Good level of English, spoken and written.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3>The Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
