The company continuously develops its four sites in Budapest, Debrecen, Pécs and Szeged and is looking for skilled IT professionals to join its team.</p><h3>Az állás leírása</h3><ul><li>Technical support by telephone or email on software and hardware problems at the Service Desk (First and Second Level)</li><li>Daily contact with the client and colleagues within the group</li><li>Prioritization, classification and documentation of malfunctions in a ticket system</li><li>Final, comprehensive end-to-end function test, if necessary with the customer</li><li>Initiate difficult/complex diagnoses</li><li>Forwarding of tickets to support units</li><li>Control and monitoring of tickets according to service level agreements</li><li>If required, customer-related proactive fault management (observation and evaluation of alarm messages and initiation of necessary measures)</li><li>Updating of system data and knowledge database; order completion</li><li>User Rights administration</li><li>Incident and Change management</li><li>Opportunity to optimize daily processes</li></ul><h3>Képzettség</h3><ul><li>Active (or passive under 25) full-time student status</li><li>Commitment to at least 25 hours of work per week</li><li>Fluent English and Hungarian knowledge</li><li>Basics of computer skill (knowledge of Microsoft products – Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)</li><li>Openness to novelties</li><li>Willingness to learn</li><li>Good stress tolerance</li><li>Good communication skills</li></ul><p>Advantages:</p><ul><li>Advanced IT knowledge</li><li>Knowledge of ticketing systems / tools</li><li>German language knowledge</li></ul><h3>További információk</h3><div></div><p>* Please be informed that our remote working possibility is only available within Hungary due to European taxation regulation.</p>
