The company continuously develops its four sites in Budapest, Debrecen, Pécs and Szeged and is looking for skilled IT professionals to join its team.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>Contributing to the functional management of multiple production units and serving as an interface to Service Delivery Management (SDM) for the contracted scope of services</li><li>Providing technical and operational support for concepts, including cost estimation, in coordination with SDM</li><li>Supporting SDM with commissioning and cost optimization</li><li>Optimizing service components and achieving target cost levels</li><li>Participating in and aligning operational planning and forecasting with SDM</li><li>Operational involvement in incident, problem, change, and escalation management within the contracted scope of services for the customer</li><li>Recommending portfolio consolidation and standardization, and defining KPIs</li><li>Participating in smaller customer projects from initiation and planning through implementation, controlling, and completion</li><li>Providing technical support to Service Delivery Management for existing customers</li><li>Further developing, optimizing, and applying methods and procedures within OS service management</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><strong>Very good German language skills </strong>and good English language skills</li><li>Masters or diploma degree with relevant professional experience or equivalent knowledge and skills</li><li>Technical knowledge in the area of Microsoft services, Azure, and M365</li><li>Good understanding of the OS service portfolio</li><li>Strong commitment to building and maintaining positive customer relationships</li><li>Excellent customer-focused and entrepreneurial mindset, including interactions at management level</li><li>Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills</li><li>High level of flexibility, resilience, and commitment</li><li>Basic knowledge of business administration (e.g. development of business cases, cost calculations for offerings/products)</li><li>Strong communication skills</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><div></div><p>* Please be informed that our remote working possibility is only available within Hungary due to European taxation regulation.</p>
