The company continuously develops its four sites in Budapest, Debrecen, Pécs and Szeged and is looking for skilled IT professionals to join its team.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>As a mainframe system administrator in the area of scheduling and output management, you will be responsible for the following tasks:</p><ul><li>Installation, administration, and operation of scheduling, job, and output management products on the mainframe platform.</li><li>Proactive monitoring of productive scheduling, job, and output management products.</li><li>Second and third-level support with the involvement of the last level (external manufacturers).</li><li>Resource planning, installation, testing, implementation, documentation, and maintenance of scheduling, job, and output management software.</li><li>Standardization of existing installations.</li><li>Implementation of customized solutions.</li><li>Participation in on-call duty.</li><li>Collaboration in internal and customer projects.</li><li>Design and implementation of application-specific requirements in collaboration with customers as part of project activities.</li><li>Consulting on system architecture and the use of products in the area of scheduling, job, and output management.</li><li>Compliance with ITIL standards, in particular incident, change, and problem management.</li><li>Compliance with agreed SLAs.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Several years of IT experience in mainframe area</li><li>Good knowledge of SMP/E, JCL, TSO, ISPF, SDSF, CLIST, REXX.</li><li>Good knowledge of scheduling, job, and output management products IBM IWS, BMC CONTROL-M/-D, CA Workload Automation, AJM, AJM/S, and AppChange.</li><li>Knowledge/experience in project management.</li><li>Very good knowledge and practical experience in the implementation of ITIL processes (incident, change, and problem management).</li><li>Good written and spoken English skills.</li><li>Communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and efficiently in a team, even under time pressure.</li><li>Personal responsibility, initiative, commitment, and creativity.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.</li><li>Willingness to participate in on-call duty.</li><li>Willingness to work nights or weekends (implementation of customer requirements).</li><li>Practical experience with PC applications (Microsoft Office, Service Manager).</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><div></div><p>* Please be informed that our remote working possibility is only available within Hungary due to European taxation regulation.</p>
