The company continuously develops its four sites in Budapest, Debrecen, Pécs and Szeged and is looking for skilled IT professionals to join its team.</p><h3>Az állás leírása</h3><p>Application Operations &amp; Lifecycle Management</p><ul><li>Manage and oversee the operation and lifecycle of internal business applications</li><li>Ensure the availability, performance, and reliability of business-critical systems.</li><li>Coordinate patching and update processes with relevant stakeholders (business, infrastructure, database teams, and external vendors).</li></ul><p>Monitoring, Reporting &amp; Performance Management</p><ul><li>Track and report on application-related KPIs and SLAs.</li><li>Identify and address performance issues proactively.</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service delivery and operational efficiency.</li></ul><p>Documentation &amp; Stakeholder Communication</p><ul><li>Maintain up-to-date technical and operational documentation.</li><li>Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and third-party providers.</li><li>Ensure transparency and knowledge sharing across teams.</li></ul><p>Change &amp; Release Coordination</p><ul><li>Plan and coordinate application changes and release deployments.</li><li>Assess the impact and necessity of changes, support testing efforts, and oversee go-live activities.</li><li>Collect input from cross-functional teams and ensure documentation reflects current configurations.</li></ul><p>ITIL-Based Service Management</p><ul><li>Apply ITIL best practices in incident, change, and problem management.</li><li>Drive service quality and operational excellence through structured processes.</li></ul><h3>Képzettség</h3><ul><li>Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li><strong>3–5 years of hands-on experience in application management or a closely related IT role.</strong></li><li>Strong understanding of ITIL-based service processes (certification is a plus).</li><li>Demonstrated experience with managing SLAs, KPIs, and application performance reporting.</li><li>Proficiency in maintaining documentation and coordinating with both business and technical stakeholders.</li><li><strong>German and English language skills </strong></li></ul><p><strong><u>Preferred Skills:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Experience working with cloud-hosted applications or cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, SAP Cloud).</li><li>Familiarity with ERP or SAP systems (e.g., ChaRM, NOR/IRON, SDSK, release management) is a strong plus.</li><li>Background in working with cross-functional and global teams.</li><li>Proactive mindset with a commitment to service improvement and operational excellence.</li><li>Experience in vendor coordination and stakeholder communication.</li></ul><h3>További információk</h3><div></div><p>* Please be informed that our remote working possibility is only available within Hungary due to European taxation regulation.</p>
