<h2>Job Description:</h2>Job Title: IB – Debt Capital Markets – LATAMCorporate Title: Analyst / AssociateLocation: New York, NYOverviewAt an Analyst level, you will be working with a team of senior originators covering a variety of clients throughout Latin America and the Caribbean. The team is divided largely by geography, but Analysts will function as generalists until they will eventually focus on specific clients according to his/her preferences and the needs of the team. You will be exposed to all aspects of the bond execution process, including origination, documentation, marketing, and distribution; daily tasks will vary depending on the phase of the current transactions, but will frequently include the creation of presentation/pitching material for potential deals, as well as summaries of economic and market developments, recent primary offerings, and secondary trading performance. Other key tasks will include analyzing comparable borrowers and assessing appropriate new issue pricing indications in consultation with Syndicate, producing spreadsheet models, roadshow presentations and due diligence reports.
