Come grow with us at Demandbase!   About the Role: Demandbase is seeking an Advertising Campaign Manager to play a critical role in supporting our high-growth Ads Assist initiative. This dual role combines the precision of campaign execution with the opportunity to engage directly with customers. As the first Advertising Campaign Manager hire, you’ll help shape the role and lay the groundwork for future growth paths—whether into advertising strategy or post-sales customer success. The Advertising Campaign Manager will partner closely with Ad Ops and Ad Strategy teams to ensure campaigns launch flawlessly and deliver measurable impact. This role also offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in strategy, analytics, and cross-functional customer engagement, with clear growth paths into a Strategist-level position. The base compensation range for this position, excluding company bonus, is $95,000.
