<p>This job is responsible for providing leadership, oversight, support and guidance to an actuarial team, and ensuring actuarial activities promote corporate growth and profitability objectives. The responsibilities of this position include training and coaching team members as well as involvement in staff management activities such as recruiting, interviewing, and job performance evaluation and providing input to departmental planning for staffing and staff training.
