We also provide them with unparalleled growth and development opportunities.Join us as a Technical Support Senior Technician, French and English Speaker - Night Shift Rotation on our Technical Support team in Casablanca to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.What you’ll achieveThe Technical Support team is responsible for providing telephone/email/chat and remote diagnostic technical support of servers, storage, switches, routers, blades, and various software applications (Windows, VMWare, Exchange, Oracle, Netware, etc.). They answer questions about installation, operation, configuration, customization, performance, and usage of assigned products, verify warranty entitlement, and determine appropriate action, apply diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures, document problems in the support solution database for diagnostics and solution implementation, and provide basic remote deployment, maintenance, and consulting services.You will:<ul><li>Assist customers by diagnosing problems and providing resolutions for technical and service issues</li><li>Identify and provide input on unique or recurring customer problems</li><li>Remain knowledgeable of Dell’s product line, processes, policies, current industry products and technologies, and escalate more complex customer technical issues to senior-level support</li><li>Focus on delivering a positive customer experience according to Dell standards</li><li>Monitor and track issues to ensure accurate resolution, and may be involved in revenue generation activities with current Dell customers</li></ul>Take the first step towards your dream careerEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.
