This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless communication and execution among internal stakeholders, event organizers, vendors, and other external partners. Please note, this position focuses on behind-the-scenes coordination and does not require on-site attendance at events.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><b>Job Responsibilities:</b></div><div><span>-Event Logistics Management: Coordinate all logistical aspects of DeleteMe’s participation in industry events, including scheduling, registration, and compliance with event requirements.</span></div><div><span>-Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales), event organizers, vendors, and other external partners to ensure alignment and timely execution of event-related tasks.</span></div><div><span>-Vendor Management: Identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with vendors for event materials, booth setup, shipping, and other services as needed.</span></div><div><span>-Material Preparation: Oversee the creation, approval, and timely delivery of event materials, including brochures, signage, and promotional items.</span></div><div><span>-Budget Tracking: Monitor event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.</span></div><div><span>-Post-Event Reporting: Collect feedback from internal teams, assess the effectiveness of event participation, and provide recommendations for future improvements.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><b>Job Requirements:</b></div><div><span>-Minimum of 3 years in event coordination, marketing operations, or a similar role, preferably within the tech or cybersecurity industry.</span></div><div><span>-Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.</span></div><div><span>-Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for clear and concise information dissemination.</span></div><div><span>-Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with event management in CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce), and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, JIRA).</span></div><div><span>-Independence: Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.</span></div><div><span>-Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of event coordination are executed flawlessly.</span></div><div><span>-This role requires domestic and international travel.
