In this role, you’ll partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to design and deliver solutions that are scalable, secure, and aligned to client needs — always with a focus on performance and value. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we approach solution design across the region, helping enterprise clients unlock the full potential of Degreed’s platform through thoughtful architecture and consultative guidance. This is a remote-first role based in APJ, with potential for limited international travel (1–2 times per year) for company-wide events and collaboration.   Key Skills <ul> <li>Strong storytelling and solution-selling abilities.</li> <li>Solid understanding of SaaS architecture and cloud platforms.</li> <li>Ability to turn complex technical topics into clear business value.</li> <li>Confident communicator with strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.</li> <li>Familiarity with Human Capital Management (HCM) and Learning &amp; Development (L&amp;D) solutions.</li> <li>Knowledge of integration methods (APIs, SSO, data feeds).</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.</li> <li>Experience in technical documentation and solution design.</li> <li>Understanding of data security and compliance standards.</li> <li>Team-oriented mindset with experience working across functions.</li> </ul> Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Consult with potential clients, providing strategic business and technical guidance on implementing Degreed solutions.</li> <li>Provide expert guidance on integrations, configurations, and product capabilities.</li> <li>Support Sales by answering technical questions and handling solution presentations.</li> <li>Develop and deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions showcasing Degreed’s capabilities.</li> <li>Collaborate with Sales to identify and qualify new business opportunities, offering technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.</li> <li>Assist in creating use cases, statements of work, and RFP responses.</li> <li>Work closely with Marketing, Engineering, and Client Experience teams to ensure seamless product delivery and long-term client success.</li> <li>Conduct technical assessments and recommend improvements for existing systems and processes.</li> <li>Ensure solutions align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. </li> </ul> Experience <ul> <li>Background in pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or SaaS architecture.</li> <li>Solid experience with cloud computing, integration technologies, and security protocols.</li> <li>Experience engaging with clients and leading technical discussions.</li> <li>Prior experience in HCM or L&amp;D solutions is a plus.</li> </ul> <div> <div> Compensation <div>We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.</div> <div>The total pay range for this role is ₱3,000,000 - ₱5,000,000.
