Through programs like DefinitiveCares and our employee-led affinity groups we strive to promote connection, education, and inclusion. </div>What you’ll do:  Population Intelligence &amp; Activation  <ul> <li>Partner with all Population Intelligence &amp; Activation clients to educate, advise, and execute audience pulls for delivery and campaign activation in LiveRamp. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Manage end-to-end audience onboarding and distribution across all activation clients. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Deliver audiences and consumer analytics as required by clients. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Ensure proper setup of users and client organizations prior to kickoff. </li> </ul> Customer Engagement &amp; Communication  <ul> <li>Attend client meetings to provide status updates, technical recommendations, and strategic guidance while soliciting feedback to ensure alignment. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Translate complex technical data structures into clear, actionable language for non-technical stakeholders, including marketing and business users. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Develop clear documentation and engaging training materials to support adoption and understanding of our dataset. </li> </ul> Data Integration &amp; Process Optimization  <ul> <li>Support clients on data integration workflows across marketing technologies, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other marketing platforms. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Work with customers teams to establish a successful integration of our data into their ecosystems for seamless audience generation for marketing campaign activation </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Collaborate with Data Engineering to investigate discrepancies in data loads (e.g., missing/incomplete data). </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Identify opportunities to streamline Population Intelligence workflows and implement best practices to improve efficiency and scalability. </li> </ul> Cross-Functional &amp; External Collaboration  <ul> <li>Partner with Sales to support proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives by pulling data and insights. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Collaborate with Data Science and Product teams to provide user perspective feedback on enhancements and new features. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Partner with vendors and external agencies to troubleshoot data quality issues and efficiently launch marketing campaigns. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Work with external systems integrator (SI) teams to ensure client needs are met in data and activation integrations. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Manage relationships with vendors for the purchase and appending of consumer email records. </li> </ul>   What you’ll need:  <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree (Healthcare Marketing background preferred). </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Proven expertise in marketing analytics with a strong understanding of consumer behavior. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Experience with data integration and management of data structures in marketing clouds (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud). </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Strong proficiency in SQL (Google BigQuery, Databricks), analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics), and CRM systems. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Ability to translate technical data structures and workflows into clear, accessible insights for non-technical stakeholders. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to deliver training and write documentation that bridges technical and business audiences. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully driving initiatives from conception through execution. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Ability to thrive in a cross-functional, fast-paced, start-up-like environment and bring innovative ideas forward. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Familiarity with privacy regulations and compliance requirements specific to healthcare and sensitive data environments. </li> </ul><div>Why we love Definitive, and why you will too! <ul> <li>Industry leading products</li> <li>Work hard, and have fun doing it</li> <li>Incredibly fast growth means limitless opportunity</li> <li>Flexible and dynamic culture</li> <li>Work alongside some of the most talented and dedicated teammates</li> <li>Definitive Cares, our community service group, gives all of us a chance to give back</li> <li>Competitive benefits package including great healthcare benefits and a 401(k) match</li> </ul>   What our Employees are saying about us on Glassdoor:   “Great Work atmosphere, great work life balance, excellent company to work for, amazing top notch product, incredible customer service, lots of tools to help you succeed.” -Business Development Manager “Great team.
