With our momentum—backed by a $12 billion valuation and $1 B in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) in just over five years—youll drive meaningful impact while building expertise that makes you a sought-after leader in the transformation of global work.The Role:Strategic Planning:<ul><li>Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Deel HR products to support revenue and growth targets.</li><li>Identify market opportunities and customer segments to drive product adoption.</li></ul>Product Positioning &amp; Messaging:<ul><li>Craft clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging for HRIS emphasizing its value in compliance, efficiency, and employee satisfaction.</li><li>Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to align positioning with customer needs and competitive insights.</li></ul>Campaign Development:<ul><li>Partner with Marketing and Growth teams to design multi-channel campaigns that generate demand and nurture prospects through the funnel.</li><li>Measure and optimize campaign performance to ensure ROI.</li></ul>Sales Enablement:<ul><li>Create enablement materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies, to equip sales teams with tools to close deals.</li><li>Train sales teams on product features, benefits, and competitive differentiation.</li></ul>Market Insights:<ul><li>Conduct competitive analysis and customer research to inform product improvements and positioning.</li><li>Track market trends and provide actionable insights to the Product team.</li></ul>Cross-Functional Collaboration:<ul><li>Work closely with Product, Growth, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align strategies and initiatives.</li><li>Advocate for customer needs and feedback in product development discussions.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>7+ years of proven experience in product marketing in SaaS, ideally in payroll/HR tech</li><li>Strong understanding of domestic payroll processes and compliance requirements is a plus.</li><li>Exceptional skills in positioning, storytelling, and go-to-market execution.</li><li>Experience working with Lifecycle marketing teams </li><li>Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize campaigns.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.</li><li>Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Total RewardsOur workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
