You’ll lead a team of ~30 Analysts and Analytics Engineers embedded across vertical business units (EOR, Payroll, Fintech, IT, etc.) and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities <ul><li>Act as a trusted thought partner to Product and Business Unit leaders, shaping strategy with data and surfacing insights that drive better decisions.</li><li>Lead by example: Personally ideate and execute high-impact, strategic analyses that shape product and business decisions.</li><li>Expand the focus of the Product Analytics team from product optimization to business optimization—growing capabilities across GTM, Finance, Operations, and other strategic functions.</li><li>Lead a growing team of ~30 Analysts and Analytics Engineers across multiple embedded analytics pods, each aligned to a specific domain.  </li><li>Mentor analytics leaders, grow team capabilities, and champion career development across the group.</li><li>Drive improvements in enablement, documentation, standardization, and process across the analytics function.</li><li>Promote best practices and foster a culture of analytical rigor, curiosity, and experimentation.</li><li>Partner with Data Platform to evolve our modern data stack—Snowflake, Looker, DBT, Estuary, and more.</li><li>Partner with Data Science to facilitate faster, more sophisticated analytics through better infrastructure, tooling, and collaboration.</li><li>Set a high bar for analytical thinking, stakeholder influence, and how we measure success.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>10+ years of experience in analytics or data-related roles, including 5+ years successfully leading high-performing analytics teams.</li><li>Proven track record operating in high-growth B2B SaaS environments, with the ability to scale analytics functions in fast-paced settings.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with advanced SQL proficiency and hands-on experience using modern BI platforms and experimentation tools.</li><li>Experience working across the full analytics development lifecycle, with a solid understanding of data architecture and infrastructure.</li><li>Expertise in defining key metrics and measurement strategies that inform business decisions and drive impact.</li><li>Skilled at communicating complex data insights in a clear and compelling way to diverse audiences.</li><li>Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with a history of building effective relationships with engineering, product, executive, and go-to-market teams.</li><li>Deep understanding of how to embed analytics into product development, go-to-market execution, and strategic business planning.</li></ul> Total RewardsOur workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
