You’ll shape interactive and celebratory experiences across product, email, and social—bringing the Deel brand to life in ways that feel memorable, playful, and shareable. This role sits at the intersection of brand, product, and growth design, turning ideas into polished experiences that customers love.<h2>What you’ll do</h2><ul><li>Concept and design branded experiences that celebrate user achievements and milestones.</li><li>Create engaging, shareable design systems across web, app, and social surfaces.</li><li>Elevate in-product and lifecycle touchpoints to feel playful, polished, and on-brand.</li><li>Explore new ways to visualize customer impact and value through design.</li><li>Collaborate with product, marketing, engineering, and data teams to bring ideas to market.</li><li>Ensure all work is scalable, accessible, and globally resonant. </li></ul><h2>Success looks like</h2><ul><li>High engagement with branded experiences and interactive moments.
