The primary aim is to gain insights into the build process and address any concerns or identify system gaps.</li><li>Configure system solutions using available tools and detailed specifications provided by Solution Designers.</li><li>Apply domain or product knowledge to support accurate implementation of build requirements.</li><li>Maintain configuration documentation for knowledge-sharing and audit purposes.</li></ul>Testing &amp; Validation<ul><li>Execute functional and regression tests using predefined test books and acceptance criteria.</li><li>Log and document test results, identifying issues and escalating defects to Solution Designers or Developers.</li><li>Support UAT activities and help resolve defects during the testing cycle.</li></ul>Collaboration &amp; Support<ul><li>Work closely with Solution Designers, Product Architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scoped requirements.</li><li>Provide input into continuous improvement of configuration tools and testing practices.</li><li>Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) and support the team in meeting delivery commitments.</li></ul>Learning &amp; Development<ul><li>Build technical and domain knowledge of global payroll, HR, or financial systems.</li><li>Develop expertise in the Native Engine Build configuration tools and frameworks.</li><li>Actively seek mentorship and feedback to grow into more advanced solutioning roles.</li></ul>Experience required<ul><li>We are looking for someone with Portuguese language skills, ideally with some knowledge of Brazilian legislation</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, HR/Payroll, or equivalent practical experience.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience actively involved in payroll systems configuration, systems testing, or business/functional analysis.</li><li>Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and team collaboration practices. </li></ul>Skills <ul><li>Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in configuration and testing.</li><li>Analytical Thinking: Applies logical thinking to follow specifications and identify issues.</li><li>Collaboration: Works effectively as part of a global, cross-functional team.</li><li>Learning Agility: Quickly absorbs new domain and technical knowledge.</li><li>Execution: Reliable in delivering configurations and test results against defined requirements.</li></ul>Total RewardsOur workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
