Summary
The Field Marketing Events Manager will lead execution of regional events that drive awareness, pipeline, and customer engagement across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This role will own strategy and execution of Deel’s hosted and sponsored field marketing programs such as: regional trade shows, industry conferences, Deel-hosted dinners, and sales acceleration events and will work closely with Sales and Regional Marketing leaders to execute impactful, localized programs.
You will be responsible for managing event execution end-to-end, localizing campaigns for target audiences, and ensuring operational excellence in every program you touch.
Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Deel’s EMEA field event portfolio (hosted and sponsored)
Partner with Sales and Regional Marketing leads to design programs that generate leads, accelerate pipeline, and deepen customer engagement
Own logistics, vendor management, budget tracking, and onsite execution for all assigned events
Collaborate with Campaigns, Product Marketing, Content, and Creative teams to ensure on-brand assets and compelling messaging tailored to each region
Establish performance goals and KPIs; track and analyze event performance to ensure ROI
Leverage data and sales feedback to continuously refine strategy and event selection
Ensure seamless alignment with EMEA partner marketing activations, collaborating with the Partner Events Manager when appropriate
Support post-event reporting and follow-up processes in collaboration with RevOps and Sales
Qualifications
4-6 years of experience in field marketing or event management, ideally in B2B SaaS or high-growth environments
Proven track record of executing multi-format events across EMEA markets (in-person and virtual)
Skilled at working cross-functionally with sales, partnerships, and marketing teams
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong understanding of sales enablement strategies and experience working with sales teams to drive event engagement.
Strong communication and vendor negotiation skills
Comfortable with data - able to measure impact and make strategic recommendations
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing multiple events and priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in Salesforce, Looker, Hubspot, and Swoogo tools preferred
Fluent in English; French language is a plus
Willingness to travel for event execution (30–40%)
