You will be responsible for providing ongoing assistance to clients on their benefits policies on Deel’s benefits administration platform.Key Responsibilities:<ol><li>Ongoing Support:<ul><li>Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving benefits-related issues in both payroll and carrier connections.</li><li>Address short-term reporting requirements and ad-hoc requests from clients related to benefits administration.</li><li>Manage enrollment on carrier portals.</li><li>Conduct quality assurance testing on changes made on configured benefits modules.</li><li>Support customers on queries about benefit configuration and handoff to the relevant teams.</li><li>Train clients on navigating and utilizing our benefits administration platform effectively.</li></ul></li><li>Relationship Management:<ul><li>Accounts: The Benefits Representative will be responsible for a high volume of in either our SMB/MM or ENT segments.</li><li>Risk: Identify and flag risks that will lead to customer churn.</li><li>Relationships: Build relationships with clients by identifying pain points, providing solutions, and recognizing opportunities for growth and revenue generation.</li><li>Product: Be the voice of the customer by collecting product and operational feedback and sharing it with relevant internal stakeholders</li><li>Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests.</li></ul></li><li>Employee Support:<ul><li>Respond to benefit questions, support their navigation of the system, and resolve issues with benefits.</li><li>Properly triage issues, solve and escalate to the appropriate teams</li></ul></li></ol>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum of +2 years of experience in benefits administration, preferably in a client-facing role.</li><li>Deep understanding of EMEA benefits administration processes and compliance requirements.</li><li>Proficiency in utilizing benefits administration software platforms.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Have a strong analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.</li><li>Customer service experience, focused with employees.</li></ul>Total RewardsOur workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
