With a focus on quality, efficiency, and collaboration, we are dedicated to transforming the landscape of diagnostic services.   Key Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Review and interpret digital pathology slides for NHS cases (Placenta  specimens).</li> <li>Provide detailed, accurate, and timely diagnostic reports that comply with NHS guidelines and standards.</li> <li>Collaborate with clinical teams, pathologists, and other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive case management and patient care.</li> <li>Maintain a high level of accuracy in diagnosis, ensuring that all reports are delivered within the specified timeframes.</li> <li>Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in digital pathology and NHS reporting protocols to ensure best practices are followed.</li> <li>Support the digital pathology workflow by engaging in ongoing training and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.</li> <li>Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions as needed, offering expert opinions and insights on complex cases.</li> </ul> Qualifications/Requirements: <ul> <li>Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with specialization in Pathology.</li> <li>Active GMC Specialist Register license.</li> <li>Subscribed to a UK Placenta EQA scheme</li> <li>Hold personal medical indemnity for private work in the UK.</li> <li>Full certification and registration as a Pathologist with the relevant medical boards or councils.</li> <li>Proven experience in diagnostic pathology, particularly in the NHS environment, with a strong understanding of NHS reporting standards.</li> <li>Familiarity with digital pathology platforms.</li> <li>Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work independently in a remote setting.</li> <li>Ability to manage a high volume of cases efficiently while maintaining a high standard of clinical care.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines while working remotely.</li> </ul> Why Join Diagnexia?
