APPLICANTS MUST HAVE BOTH STRONG DATA PRIVACY &amp; PROTECTION KNOWLEDGE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS TO BE CONSIDERED </li> </ul> Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Youre someone that is willing to get the hands dirty conducting technical implementation of privacy and data protection controls. </li> <li>And youll also have a strong focus on data governance and DP regulations </li> </ul> Technical Compliance Implementation <ul> <li>Design and implement automated compliance frameworks and controls for healthcare data across office, labs, and employee devices</li> <li>Build technical solutions for audit trails, data discovery, and automated compliance monitoring across cloud and on-premises systems</li> <li>Implement hands-on PHI controls, confidential research data protection, and automated policy enforcement</li> <li>Deploy data loss prevention (DLP), encryption, access controls, and data masking solutions for healthcare data touchpoints</li> </ul> Healthcare Data Protection <ul> <li>Enable secure data flows for research teams, clinical trials, and clinical standards compliance</li> <li>Implement technical controls for data collaboration tools (SharePoint, Google Workspace, cloud data services) ensuring healthcare compliance</li> <li>Build automated data quality monitoring and policy enforcement for research and clinical data pipelines</li> <li>Design secure data workflows for labs, research teams, and clinical trial operations</li> </ul> Programming &amp; Compliance Automation <ul> <li>Develop scripts, tools and applications for compliance automation, policy enforcement, and regulatory reporting</li> <li>Build APIs and integrations for compliance tools with existing healthcare systems</li> <li>Implement automated compliance monitoring, metadata management, and regulatory documentation</li> <li>Create monitoring dashboards for compliance KPIs across research and clinical environments</li> </ul> Regulatory &amp; Cross-Functional Support <ul> <li>Collaborate with DPO on technical GDPR, HIPAA implementation across our UK, European, and North American operations</li> <li>Support IS and IT teams with compliant deployment of business applications and infrastructure</li> <li>Work with research teams to ensure clinical trial data compliance and clinical standards adherence</li> </ul> Skills and Experience Required <ul> <li>3-5+ years hands-on technical compliance experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or clinical research environments</li> <li>Strong programming skills: Python, SQL, automation scripting, database management</li> <li>Proven expertise: Healthcare data protection, PHI handling, compliance automation, technical policy implementation</li> <li>Healthcare compliance knowledge: GDPR, HIPAA technical implementation and data protection automation</li> <li>Experience with cloud compliance controls and automated policy enforcement</li> <li>THIS IS NOT A PURE DEVELOPMENT ROLE.
