We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to lead and expand our partnerships strategy with Private Equity (PE) firms. This role is responsible for sourcing, closing, and growing high-impact alliances that generate revenue and unlock long-term value. The ideal candidate will bring 5–8 years of experience building strategic partnerships, with a proven track record in driving growth through financial services or investment ecosystems. We’re looking for someone who understands the Private Equity landscape, can build credibility with senior stakeholders, and has the commercial acumen to turn partnerships into revenue.<ul><li>Build and grow relationships with Private Equity firms, positioning our platform as a value driver for their portfolio companies.</li><li>Identify, negotiate, and close partnerships with leading PE firms to deliver mutual commercial value.</li><li>Own the full lifecycle of the partnership — from sourcing and onboarding partners through enablement, portfolio activation, and ongoing growth.</li><li>Partner closely with internal teams (Sales, CS, Solutions Consulting, Product, Marketing) to align PE initiatives with company-wide growth objectives.</li><li>Deliver product expertise to PE partners, ensuring they understand the value and can confidently recommend our solution across their portfolios.</li><li>Be an activation expert, quickly turning signed PE partnerships into portfolio adoption and measurable revenue.</li><li>Collaborate with Marketing to design co-marketing strategies including portfolio-focused events, webinars, and thought leadership campaigns.</li><li>Provide guidance to and work effectively across the internal stakeholders, including AE team, solutions consulting, and customer success teams</li><li>Develop scalable playbooks and partner programs to replicate success across new PE relationships.</li><li>Track and report on pipeline, partner-sourced revenue, and portfolio impact, ensuring transparency and accountability in results.</li></ul> <ul><li>5+ years of experience in alliances or business development, managing Private Equity partners at fast growing startups, ideally with exposure to financial services ecosystems.</li><li>Experience in building PE relationships from scratch and running co-marketing initiatives successfully that leads to high revenue generation.</li><li>Strong understanding of how PE firms operate and how they drive value across portfolio companies.</li><li>Proven success in acquiring and scaling strategic partnerships that drive measurable revenue.</li><li>Exceptional commercial instincts and ability to negotiate complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships.</li><li>Strong network within the PE or investment community.</li><li>Skilled in partner enablement, portfolio engagement, and building scalable go-to-market strategies.</li><li>Comfortable operating in high-growth, fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous environments.</li><li>Excellent communication and executive presence, able to build trust with senior partners and C-level audiences.</li><li>Strong planning and analytical skills; able to prioritize and execute across competing initiatives.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree</li><li>Familiarity with FP&amp;A, finance tech solutions is an advantage.</li></ul><ul><li>The base salary range for this role is $90-100k USD with flex for the ideal candidate, with generous OTE.</li><li>Meaningful equity</li><li>US: 401(k) plan with up to 4% match and HSA &amp; FSA Options</li><li>Canada: RRSP with up to 4% match</li><li>US: 100% paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and 100% paid medical and 80% paid dental and vision coverage for dependents</li><li>US: $540/year toward glasses, sunglasses, or contact lenses from XP Health for employees enrolled in any Guardian Vision plan</li><li>Canada: Extended health, vision, and dental through Manulife (Manulife Gold plan) and virtual healthcare from Dialogue via Manulife.</li><li>Calm app membership</li><li>Parental leave</li><li>Flexible, unlimited sick time and PTO (we recommend 18-25 vacation days annually)</li><li>12 paid company holidays</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>CPA/CFA license renewal reimbursement </li></ul>We want to make sure everyone has an equal chance to participate and make a difference.
