We are looking for a partnerships manager to lead and grow our partnerships strategy with ERP and VARs. This role is responsible for identifying, closing, and scaling revenue-generating alliances. The ideal candidate will bring 5–8 years of experience in partnerships, spanning both strategic enterprise collaborations and hands-on partner management. Were looking for someone deeply embedded in the FP&amp;A ecosystem, with a proven network and commercial acumen to drive channel growth through resellers and revenue share partners.<ul><li>Build and manage relationships with ERPs and  resellers in North America to generate high-quality referrals and revenue opportunities</li><li>Identify, negotiate, and formalise partnerships with key ERPs and Value Added Resellers for Sage and Netsuite.</li><li>Lead the full lifecycle of partnerships — from sourcing and onboarding through enablement, growth, and retention</li><li>Support internal teams aligned to and in support of the growth of Datarails partnerships </li><li>Provide guidance to and work effectively across the internal stakeholders, including AE team, solutions consulting, and customer success teams.</li><li>Become a product expert, delivering clear, tailored demos that educate partners.</li><li>Be an activation expert to quickly transition a new partner from signed to engaged and revenue-generating, ensuring the relationship starts strong and scales efficiently.</li><li>Drive measurable revenue outcomes through a variety of partner models including traditional referrals and resellers</li><li>Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Product teams to co-design and execute go-to-market initiatives and joint value propositions.</li><li>Develop and execute regional co-marketing strategies including events, webinars, digital campaigns, and case studies in collaboration with partners.</li></ul><ul><li>5+ years of experience in alliances or business development, managing, global, and industry-leading partners at fast growing startups.</li><li>Experience across multiple partner types including but not limited to ERPs and Netsuite and Sage VARs.</li><li>Strong commercial instincts with a proven ability to drive partner-sourced revenue and influence product adoption.</li><li>Established network across the FP&amp;A landscape, with the ability to quickly build credibility and trust.</li><li>Skilled in co-selling, partner enablement, and building scalable GTM playbooks.</li><li>Comfortable operating in a high-growth, ambiguous environment</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Relationship-focused with a solid executive presence and proven ability to build credibility with partner and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment and make personal connections with technical-oriented people as well as C-level audiences.</li><li>Good planning and analytical skills; proven ability to apply these skills to complex situations with competing priorities.</li><li>Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet expectations.</li><li>Bachelors degree.</li><li>Knowledge of BI and analytics solutions is a plus.</li></ul><ul><li>The base salary range for this role is $90-100k USD with flex for the ideal candidate, with generous OTE.</li><li>Meaningful equity</li><li>US: 401(k) plan with up to 4% match and HSA &amp; FSA Options</li><li>Canada: RRSP with up to 4% match</li><li>US: 100% paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and 100% paid medical and 80% paid dental and vision coverage for dependents</li><li>US: $540/year toward glasses, sunglasses, or contact lenses from XP Health for employees enrolled in any Guardian Vision plan</li><li>Canada: Extended health, vision, and dental through Manulife (Manulife Gold plan) and virtual healthcare from Dialogue via Manulife.</li><li>Calm app membership</li><li>Paternity leave</li><li>Flexible, unlimited sick time and PTO (we recommend 18-25 vacation days annually)</li><li>12 paid company holidays</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>CPA/CFA license renewal reimbursement </li></ul> We want to make sure everyone has an equal chance to participate and make a difference.
