You’ll mentor, coach, and empower your team—as well as leaders across the organization—to reach their highest potential. This role reports directly to our VP, People Foundation.<br /><br /></p> <p><strong>How You’ll Make an Impact</strong></p> <p><strong>Employee Experience &amp; Lifecycle</strong></p> <ul> <li>Transform people operations by building scalable systems and processes in partnership with benefits, compensation, compliance, HRIS, talent, and business partners.</li> <li>Streamline and automate workflows to enhance employee experience and support growth.</li> <li>Utilize AI and Agentic AI solutions to deliver exceptional outcomes.</li> <li>Ensure accurate, timely payroll, benefits, and compliance delivery.</li> <li>Partner cross-functionally to deliver integrated, employee-first solutions.</li> <li>Lead and continuously improve the HR Service Delivery model.</li> </ul> <p><strong>People Systems, Mechanisms, &amp; Insights</strong></p> <ul> <li>Drive a data-driven approach through optimized HR systems and processes.</li> <li>Use data, dashboards, and reporting to provide actionable insights and measure outcomes.</li> <li>Prioritize work based on level of impact, effort and business priority.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compliance &amp; Risk</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee all policies, training, audits, and reporting requirements.</li> <li>Maintain strong internal controls and reduce organizational risk.</li> <li>Deep understanding and experience with geographic and country-specific requirements.</li> </ul> <p><strong>People Leadership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead a global team of People Operations Managers and Specialists.</li> <li>Develop a program to build functional and enduring skills within the team.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You’ll Need</strong></p> <ul> <li>15+ years of progressive experience in People Operations, with a proven record of delivering transformational impact across global teams and functions.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.</li> <li>Expertise in building and scaling Global HR programs (payroll, benefits, analytics, etc.) from design through successful rollout in high-growth organizations.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with Global HRIS implementation and administration, including vendor selection, process optimization, and workflow design.</li> <li>Strong data orientation—skilled in translating people data into actionable insights that drive employee engagement, development, and organizational success.</li> <li>Deep knowledge of HR best practices, with the ability to ensure compliance while enabling flexibility and growth.</li> <li>Global perspective, with a track record of successfully expanding HR operations into new regions and adapting approaches to diverse cultural and regulatory landscapes.</li> <li>Collaborative leader, adept at building partnerships across recruiting, payroll, IT, finance, and other teams.</li> <li>Clear and compelling communicator, both in writing and presenting to leadership.<br />Strategic yet hands-on, comfortable shifting between long-term vision and day-to-day operational needs in a dynamic environment.</li> <li>Thrives in ambiguity, using sound judgment to resolve complex challenges.</li> <li>Passionate about people success, with a strong service mindset and commitment to growth and development.</li> <li>Experience in the tech industry is strongly preferred.</li> </ul> <p> </p><div><div> </div> <div><strong>What are you waiting for!</strong></div> <div>At Dataiku, youll be part of a journey to shape the ever-evolving world of AI.
