THE OPPORTUNITYWe’re seeking a detail-oriented, organized, experienced Problem Solver Data Analyst to join our team. You’ll serve as the data expert across various projects, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams throughout the organization. RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data-driven insights.</li><li>Design and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau (or other BI tools).</li><li>Write complex and optimized SQL queries to analyze large-scale datasets.</li><li>Define and monitor key metrics, and proactively identify trends or anomalies.</li><li>Drive analytical projects from conception through execution and delivery.</li><li>Contribute to data model design and data pipeline improvements in collaboration with data engineers.</li><li>Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, reports, and metrics, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the presented data.</li></ul>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>6+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.</li><li>Expert-level SQL skills — you’re comfortable exploring and manipulating large datasets.</li><li>Proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI).</li><li>Experience working with stakeholders across functions; strong communicator and collaborator.</li><li>Comfortable with ambiguity and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul> COMPENSATION INFORMATION: In addition to a standard benefits and equity package, we offer a generous salary.
