THE OPPORTUNITYWe are hiring a mid-level data analyst to drive data initiatives across our go-to-market functions. This individual will be responsible for designing scalable data solutions, and will take a leading role in diverse operations projects including territory planning and forecasting. You will also play a key role in translating business needs into clear metrics, and serving as a trusted analytics partner to Sales, Marketing and Product teams. RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Develop complex SQL queries and data models to support analytical use cases.</li><li>Assist on a wide variety of operations projects, including territory planning and forecasting</li><li>Build, maintain, and evolve dashboards and reports used by GTM stakeholders.</li><li>Contribute to the analytics engineering layer using dbt and version control tools.</li><li>Translate vague business problems into actionable insights and KPIs.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally to improve the accessibility and quality of data.</li></ul>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>4–8 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.</li><li>Experience with revenue operations projects supporting top-tier sales organizations.</li><li>Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large-scale data.</li><li>Hands-on experience with dashboard/reporting tools (any platform).</li><li>Understanding of ETL/data transformation processes and tools (e.g., dbt, git).</li><li>Strong communication skills and business intuition, especially in a Sales or Marketing context.</li></ul>﻿COMPENSATION INFORMATION: In addition to a standard benefits and equity package, we offer a generous salary.
