THE OPPORTUNITYThe Channel Account Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key channel partners to drive sales and expand market reach. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a proven track record in channel sales within the tech or data security industry. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying new partnership opportunities, fostering collaborative relationships, and achieving sales targets through channel partnerships. RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Create and implement a comprehensive channel sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.</li><li>Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners, ensuring their needs are met and they are fully engaged with our products and services.</li><li>Provide partners with the necessary training, resources, and support to effectively sell our solutions. This includes conducting regular training sessions, webinars, and providing up-to-date marketing materials.</li><li>Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans, including setting goals, defining strategies, and establishing KPIs to track progress and performance.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify potential partners and opportunities for growth. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.</li><li>Drive sales through channel partners by identifying new opportunities, creating sales incentives, and managing the sales pipeline. Monitor and report on sales performance against targets.</li><li>Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support, to ensure alignment and support for channel initiatives.</li><li>Negotiate partnership agreements, terms, and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial arrangements.</li><li>Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.</li></ul>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales or partner management within the tech industry, preferably in data security or cybersecurity.</li><li>Strong understanding of channel sales strategies and partner ecosystems.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.</li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.</li><li>Highly organized with strong project management skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.</li><li>Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.</li></ul> COMPENSATION INFORMATION: In addition to a standard benefits and equity package, we offer a generous salary.
