You’re excited to learn the fundamentals of sales and are eager to apply your communication skills to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.As a Business Development Representative , you will be in charge of expanding our user-base and qualifying potential B2B sales prospects as you leverage lead campaigns including cold calling, email, and social media. In addition, your role entails helping line up named accounts, with a huge opportunity for growth. RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Use Salesforce and other sales tools, build lead lists, craft outbound messaging, and share results with the larger sales team</li><li>Prospect into accounts within your territory and find leads to qualify for your Enterprise Sales counterpart</li><li>Initiate sales conversations with key decision makers at target companies</li><li>Manage inbound inquiries and lead management</li><li>Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Cyera Data Security Platform, industry trends, and competition</li><li>Strive to exceed targets for daily activities and monthly and quarterly pipeline goals</li><li>Conduct high-level conversations with mid and senior-level executives in the security space</li><li>Learn, get better, hit your numbers, and raise your game–every day</li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned</li><li>Work out of Cyera’s office (Chicago)</li></ul> HOW YOU WILL DO YOUR WORK:As a Business Development Representative, how results are achieved is paramount for your success and ultimately result in our success as an organization. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.​ Benefits - Why Cyera? <ul><li>This position has a salary range between $60,000 to $90,000 OTE.
