And we do it all with heart, each and every day.Responsibilities of the Security Engineer include:<ul><li>Familiarizing themselves with the capabilities of each tool in our security stack.</li><li>Understanding the standard operating procedures of the Security Platform team and stakeholders.</li><li>Onboarding, parsing, and monitoring data for the security platform.</li><li>Troubleshooting any potential issues with the security platform.</li><li>Partner with systems and security architecture, application, databases and storage teams.</li><li>Creating visualizations, queries, detections, and automations required for the functioning/use of the platform.</li><li>Understands the Enterprise logs and acquires knowledge on the relevant processes need for project delivery.</li><li>Participate in entire software lifecycle development, testing, CI/CD and production operations.</li><li>Documents platform processes, workflows, and systems for reference and knowledge-sharing purposes.</li><li>Implements data quality checks and validation processes to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of the data.</li><li>Provide technical guidance and solutions for Cyber Defense team members.</li><li>Be a team player and work with team members for business solutions and implementations.</li><li>Any other assigned tasks.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>7+ years of Information Security experience</li><li>3+ year of experience with Python</li><li>3+ year of experience with SQL or SQL like languages</li><li>5+ year of hands-on Experience with a major cloud platform (GCP, AWS, Azure)</li><li>4+ year of admin experience with major datalake and/or SIEM platforms</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>7+ years of experience with SOAR</li><li>5+ years of experience with common scripting and programming languages such as Python, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS</li><li>5+ years of experience with SIEMs such as Splunk, ELK, LogRhythm, QRadar, Logpoint, Sentinel, Chronicle, etc.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li></ul>Education-Bachelor degree from accredited university or equivalent work experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)BUSINESS OVERVIEWBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
