This role is responsible for end-to-end inventory planning supporting CVS.com, rapid delivery platforms, and third-party fulfillment programs.  The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between supply chain, merchandising, and external partners to ensure optimal product availability, support new initiatives, and drive operational excellence across our digital channels.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead supply and demand planning to support digital sales on CVS.com, rapid delivery platforms, and vending programs.</li><li>Act as the supply chain point of contact for digital initiatives and emerging channels.</li><li>Identify and execute opportunities to improve web availability.</li><li>Support digital early launch and exclusive programs.</li><li>Optimize digital safety stock levels to drive order fill rates and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Collaborate with external partners on demand forecasts, supply constraints, and assortment updates.</li><li>Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as in-stock rates, order fill rates, and shipping cost per order.</li><li>Stay current on emerging technologies and trends impacting eCommerce, and assess potential impacts on the supply chain.</li></ul> Required Qualifications<ul><li>3+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or a related function.</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.</li><li>Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to leadership.</li><li>Demonstrated adaptability and ability to work through ambiguity in a dynamic business setting.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.</li><li>Experience with SQL or other database query languages.</li><li>Experience using Blue Yonder Forecasting &amp; Replenishment.</li></ul>Education<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent work experience</li></ul><ul></ul>Anticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.   Our people fuel our future.
