And we do it all with heart, each and every day.Position SummaryAs the manager of Front Store Strategic Finance, you are joining a team that will spearhead deeper financial analysis of the Front Store business by providing independent and trusted evaluations.This role will report to and assist the Lead Director of Strategic Finance with supporting the ownership and drive analysis of shadow P&amp;Ls while working to improve partnerships with cross-functional teams and influence senior leader decision makers on strategic and operational decisions through the development of well-researched, organized and clear financial analysis.This individual will build and maintain easily digestible tools and reports that answer complex business questions, promptly respond to ad hoc inquiries, and provide actionable recommendations to leaders through data driven insights.They should exhibit a proven ability to perform with a high degree of technical skill and accuracy while managing multiple projects.Partnerships with cross-functional teams and influence senior leader decision makers on strategic and operational decisions through the development of well-researched, organized and clear financial analysis.In addition, they will operate with a continuous improvement mindset looking for opportunities to improve process inefficiencies, simplify data visibility, and champion modern BI Tools.Furthermore, the ideal candidate will understand how each workstream impacts our company’s strategy as well as the overall Enterprise goals.The Manager will work to:<ul><li>Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement</li><li>Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior leadership, clearly communicating key performance indicators, risks, and opportunities</li><li>Own and manage complex Front Store Initiatives, tracking financial performance &amp; trends, proactively creating forecast while identifying risks and opportunities</li><li>Portfolio optimization: Partner with business leaders to ensure financial discipline, integrating initiatives with broader Front Store business, and provide insights to optimize financial outcomes</li><li>Lead special projects: create ROI analysis for new business growth &amp; development, market expansion, investment evaluations, ensuring financial implications are fully considered</li><li>Analyze ad-hoc business cases</li><li>Track ongoing project deliverables across multiple time horizons</li></ul> Required Qualifications<ul><li>5+ years finance, consulting, banking, or strategy background</li><li>3+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering roles, with a demonstrated ability to drive strategy and results as an individual contributor</li><li>3+ Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning</li><li>3+ years of Microsoft Excel &amp; PowerPoint experience</li><li>3+ Retail or CPG industry experience with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting/analytics</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Retail or consumer goods (CPG) industry experience with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting/analytics</li><li>Ability to balance, coordinate, and execute against multiple competing priorities</li><li>Strong attention to detail and analytical skills with experience leveraging data to drive decision-making</li><li>Ability to work independently, pro-actively and be naturally inquisitive</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Ability to build strong, credible, and trusted cross-functional relationships</li><li>Experience providing P&amp;L oversight and analysis is a plus</li></ul> EducationBachelors degree is required or equal experienceAnticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $159,120.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.   Our people fuel our future.
