As our Senior Demand Generation Manager, Partners, you’ll build and lead go-to-market programs that drive real pipeline growth and revenue through collaboration with our partners. You’ll work closely with our VP of Demand Generation, VP of Global Partnerships, and cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and product to design scalable programs that bring Customer.io’s partner vision to life. You know how to turn complex partner ecosystems into simple, impactful growth engines — and you love collaborating across teams to make it happen. Experience <ul> <li>5+ years of B2B SaaS partner marketing experience with a track record of driving measurable pipeline growth.</li> <li>3+ years in a senior or leadership role, managing projects or teams across marketing functions.</li> <li>Based in EMEA, with deep understanding of regional market dynamics and partner landscapes.</li> <li>Proven success designing and launching partner recruitment campaigns that convert.</li> </ul> Technical know-how <ul> <li>Experienced with PRM tools (Partnerstack, Allbound, etc.) and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot).</li> <li>Strong with Salesforce and comfortable building custom dashboards and attribution models.</li> <li>Familiar with affiliate/referral programs and major marketplaces like AWS, Google Cloud, HubSpot, or Salesforce.</li> </ul> Leadership &amp; mindset <ul> <li>Analytical and outcome-oriented — you use data to guide decisions and optimize performance.</li> <li>Collaborative leader who builds alignment across functions and influences without authority.</li> <li>Growth mindset — comfortable with ambiguity and energized by building from zero to one.</li> <li>Confident communicator with presence at the executive and partner level.</li> </ul> Bonus points if you have <ul> <li>Relationships in the MarTech or customer engagement ecosystem.</li> <li>Experience working with AI/ML or emerging tech partnerships.</li> <li>Background in marketplace programs (AWS, Google Cloud, Salesforce AppExchange).</li> <li>Experience scaling marketing teams in high-growth environments.</li> </ul> <h3>Compensation &amp; Benefits</h3> We believe in transparency.
