Your creativity, resourcefulness, and ability to build authentic connections will ensure we’re attracting diverse, high-quality candidates who are excited to learn more about <a href="http://customer.io/">Customer.io</a>.</p> <p>This role is a great fit for someone who loves the thrill of sourcing, has a knack for uncovering hidden talent, and enjoys helping candidates make a memorable first impression of our company.</p> <h2>What You’ll Do</h2> <ul> <li>Proactively source and build pipelines of passive candidates for Revenue &amp; GTM roles</li> <li>Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and team priorities</li> <li>Engage candidates through personalized outreach, social channels, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies</li> <li>Screen resumes and conduct initial outreach calls to qualify interest and alignment</li> <li>Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and share insights to refine sourcing strategies</li> <li>Build and nurture long-term relationships with candidates for current and future opportunities</li> <li>Represent <a href="http://customer.io/">Customer.io</a> as the first point of contact, ensuring a thoughtful and inclusive candidate experience</li> </ul> <h2>What We’re Looking For</h2> <ul> <li><strong>3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience</strong>, ideally with a focus on Revenue/GTM roles</li> <li>Proven success in engaging passive talent and building pipelines in competitive markets</li> <li>Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, social media, etc.)</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a candidate-first mindset.</li> <li>Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple pipelines at once.</li> <li>Collaborative, adaptable, and energized by connecting people to opportunity.</li> </ul> <h2>Nice-to-Haves</h2> <ul> <li>Experience in a high-growth SaaS or tech company.</li> <li>Familiarity with Greenhouse and Gem</li> </ul> <h2>Why You’ll Love Working Here</h2> <p>You’ll be at the frontlines of shaping how we grow our team. We are offering a starting hourly rate of $40/hr depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment.
