You will be actively involved in the design of various components behind scalable applications, from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.</span></div><h3>Job Summary</h3><ul><li>The Senior QA Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of software products. </li><li>This role requires deep technical expertise, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to identifying defects and improving test processes. </li><li>The Senior QA Engineer will collaborate with development, product, and operations teams to drive quality assurance best practices and support continuous integration and delivery.</li></ul><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases, test scripts, and automation frameworks for functional, and regression testing.</li><li>Lead testing efforts for complex features and critical product components, ensuring high reliability and performance.</li><li>Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to define clear quality criteria and testing requirements.</li><li>Analyze requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to create effective test strategies and plans.</li><li>Identify, report, and track defects using test management tools, advocating for timely resolution with the development team.</li><li>Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.</li><li>Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvements within the QA team.</li><li>Stay updated on emerging QA technologies, tools, and trends, incorporating best practices into testing processes.</li><li>Communicate test results, risks, and quality status clearly to stakeholders.</li></ul><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Proven experience (4+ years) in software quality assurance, with significant exposure to multiple testing methodologies.</li><li>Strong expertise in test automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JMeter, Python, Java).</li><li>Experience with API testing (REST, WebSocket) and understanding of blockchain or fintech environments is a plus.</li><li>Solid knowledge of agile development processes, CI/CD workflows.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.</li><li>Proven ability to thrive in an English-speaking, collaborative work environment.</li></ul><div><b>Life @ Crypto.com</b></div><div><br /></div><div><b>Empowered to think big.
