As a Product Designer, youll have the trust to implement your vision while collaborating with talented designers, developers, and product managers who are passionate about creating exceptional user experiences.</div><div><br /></div><h3>What Youll Do: </h3><ul><li>Create landing pages</li><li>Develop page structures, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs for </li><li>Position products and features in content and layout that makes </li><li>Contribute to the marketing design system of typography, color, components, and graphics</li><div><br /></div><li>Develop product features for web</li><li>Design features for the web version of the <a href="http://Crypto.com">Crypto.com</a> app, fitting and adjusting existing features for the context of web, or developing brand new experiences</li><li>Contribute to the design system on web</li><div><br /></div><li>Create visuals and animations</li><li>Develop processes for creating graphics using various tools like C4D, Adobe Suite, and AI</li><li>Create product mockups that showcase app experiences</li><li>Develop spot and hero graphics that relate to the <a href="http://Crypto.com">Crypto.com</a> brand</li><div><br /></div><li>Data and Analytics</li><li>Set measurable goals for the performance of the website and individual pages you work on</li><li>Research and study current analytics in tools like Mixpanel</li><li>Define with PMs and developers what to track and why</li></ul><h3>Skills &amp; Experience Requirements:</h3><ul><li>You currently hold crypto and understand the basics of trading</li><li>You have 4+ years of experience working as a product designer on digital products</li><li>You have designed professional websites and their web identities</li><li>Fluid use of Figma, components, variables, and styles</li><li>Basic knowledge of graphic creation tools like C4D, Blender, Adobe Suite, AI</li><li>You have solved complex problems and have a solid understanding of user-centered design and UX principles</li><li>You understand different research approaches and know which ones to utilize and when</li><li>You demonstrate product vision and use data and experimentation to provide product direction</li><li>You’re excellent at articulating design decisions, presenting to clients or stakeholders</li><li>You demonstrate solid leadership skills and an ability to develop strong partnerships with product managers and engineers</li><div><br /></div></ul>
