You will be actively involved in the design of various components behind scalable applications, from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.</span></div><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Development activities include backend service and operation development, proposing architectural decisions, participating in designs, design review, coding, code review and implementation of products bridging [<a href="http://crypto.com/">Crypto.com</a>](<a href="http://crypto.com/">http://crypto.com/</a>) to developers and end-users</li><li>Develop our products and expand our product to new regions and counties across user onboarding, KYC, EDD etc.</li><li>Identify issues and implement solutions for complex problems within large-scale backend infrastructure</li><li>Provide reliable and reactive trading information streams to our customers.</li><li>Provide technical operational support to resolve customer issue</li><li>Youre the project owner, and here, we embrace innovation by staying open to new technologies and encouraging experimentation.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the DevOps and Infra team to improve the technology stack for long-term engineering initiatives.</li><li>Manage documentation for all implemented code and functionalities</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Proficiency in Ruby, Golang, with other programming languages experience would be an advantage</li><li>Relevant project experience across user onboarding journey, KYC, EDD, referral, affiliate, banner service, reward etc.</li><li>Interested in building first-class product to solve real world problems, experienced with various technologies, self-motivated, a fast learner and have a get things done mentality</li><li>Humble to embrace better ideas from others, eager to make things better, open to challenges and possibilities</li><li>Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills and having the ability to juggle conflicting requirements from many different stakeholders</li><li>Understanding of financial domain knowledge / Blockchain technology would be an advantage</li><li>Knowledge in Postgres, Redis, Kafka is preferred.</li><li>Experienced in handling scalability, security and performance optimization</li></ul><div>#LI-SF1</div><div>#LI-MidSenior</div><div>#LI-Hybrid</div>
